Print Return Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form will be sent to your inbox.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, including all manuals and accessories, and attach the printed shipping label.
Receive Your Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned device for functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
